Post-Renovation Cleanup

Your renovation is done - now let us make it shine. We remove every trace of construction dust, debris, and residue so you can actually enjoy your newly upgraded space.

From Construction
Site to Showroom.

Construction dust is notoriously stubborn. It gets into vents, settles on every surface, and spreads from room to room. A post-renovation clean requires a different approach than regular housekeeping - specialized equipment, proper technique, and thorough attention to every surface.

Yadira's Cleaning partners closely with S&K Contracting LLC - Maryland's trusted home renovator. Together we provide a seamless renovation-to-clean experience that leaves your project truly finished.

Post-Reno Cleaning FAQs

When should I schedule the post-renovation clean? +
Schedule it after all construction work and contractor visits are fully complete. You want no more tradespeople coming through after we clean. If you're unsure, call us and we can advise on the best timing.
Do you work with contractors? +
Yes. We have a close partnership with S&K Contracting LLC, a Maryland licensed contractor. Many of their renovation clients call us directly after the project is finished. We understand construction timelines and are flexible with scheduling.
Is post-renovation cleaning different from a regular deep clean? +
Yes. Construction dust is a very fine particulate that spreads everywhere and requires specific techniques and equipment to fully remove. We also deal with tile grout haze removal, sticker and label removal from new surfaces, and debris disposal - none of which are part of a standard deep clean.
